Elevator Safety

When performing elevator maintenance, elevator safety is a topic we take very seriously, and we understand how important it is that your equipment is safe and secure. That is why we offer one of the most detailed and complete maintenance programs in the industry. When you partner with us you can rest assured that our technicians have performed a thorough servicing of your equipment specifically designed to detect issues before they surface to keep your elevator running without interruption.

Be sure your building tenants are safe by keeping your elevators regulated and up to date.  Three tips to always practice:

  1. Take Preventative Measures
  2. Have a Solid Maintenance Contract
  3. Always Hire the Best Maintenance Contractors

When entering a construction site elevator safety is also our primary focus. Our installers are all OSHA certified and so are our superintendents who will assist in managing the project. We pride ourselves on excellent elevator safety compliance and make it a priority to be up to date with all current guidelines, including hard hat safety, protective eyewear, fall protection, and ladder safety. Even before we get on site we will work with you to lay out a road map to ensure the project is completed safely and on time. We have over 100 years’ experience in this space and we can help you address any concerns that may come up during a project.

At Bay State Elevator safety is our number one priority. Most people don’t realize it but statistically elevators are the safest form of travel, we’d like to think we have something to do with that! When performing a new installation all of our mechanics have passed extensive training to ensure their own safety and that of others on a construction site. We pride ourselves in exceeding all OSHA regulations, in fact all of our construction superintendents are OSHA certified and take great pride in completing jobs safely.

On the maintenance side of our business, elevator safety is equally important. It’s our goal to ensure that your equipment is running seamlessly without incident. We will be in contact with your personnel to update you on the status of your equipment and our recommendations on how to keep it running at an optimal level. We pride ourselves in offering the best level of preventative maintenance in the area so your team can maximize the life of your equipment and forecast and projects in the future so there are no unexpected expenses.
