Elevator Technician

Our elevator technician team has received the highest industry training to ensure that your equipment is running safely and efficiently at all times. In the event that your equipment is in need of a repair you don’t need to worry, we employ a full time elevator technician repair team to quickly respond to all issues. Your sales representative will be in contact with you to explain the situation and the best way to remedy it. Once the problem has been diagnosed our local superintendent will dispatch our in house elevator technician team to correct the problem. After the repair has been completed you will receive a detailed receipt of the services performed and any recommendations we have to help protect your equipment in the future.

Elevator Test

Our state elevator test team has access to all the code resources across each state we service. We guarantee that our elevator test team can answer any question you might have about local, state or national safety and/or code issues. Please feel free to contact us to answer code related questions.

Elevator Inventory

Our large warehouses strategically located across our territory as well as our fully stocked service vans ensure we have the right part in our elevator inventory when it’s needed the most. By carefully stocking our vehicles and warehouses we both reduce your downtime and the need for repeat visits. While other companies are forced to leave and return with the necessary parts, we have the parts on hand.

Decommissioned Elevators
It occasionally happens that the owner chooses to remove an elevator from service on a long term basis (months or years). Bay State will work directly with you to make sure the unit is safely and properly taken out of service. The practices for elevator shut down are determined to a large extent by the local safety authority. We have the experience and training to answer any questions and assist you with all the necessary paper work.
