With a deep understanding of your equipment we will be in contact with any recommendations and updates on how everything is running. Our team is available 24/7 to answer any questions and schedule any work that needs to be done. We also have a talented modernization department on staff that can help you plan for the future and forecast any long term capital expenses.

For an added layer of communication we also offer an online portal for customers that want a deeper look at the status of their equipment. This tool allows customers in real-time the ability to look at the status of each piece of equipment and log service calls digitally that get communicated directly with our support staff. Customers can also view all documents that pertain to their account and check the status of any repairs they have scheduled.

Service

The first two stages shape our ability to provide the best elevator maintenance in the industry. When we arrive on site to perform maintenance our technicians are professional and cognizant of your business activities. We strive to perform all maintenance tasks in a timely manner with minimum disruption to your operation, but at the same time taking the time and care to make sure service has been performed to the highest standard. When we are finished are operations staff will be in contact with any recommendations for future visits.

In the event of an issue with your equipment we have a knowledgeable group of technicians on standby 24 hours a day seven days a week, and with some of the fastest response times in the industry you can rest assured that your equipment will be back online quickly with minimal down-time. We will also help you plan for the future, our staff can forecast the longevity of all the components of your equipment and what the proper plan should be to ensure you get the maximum life out of your elevator.
