Our elevator service consists of a team of customer service representatives who are available around the clock to take your call. We make sure every issue is treated with the highest priority so our clients feel confident they will be working with someone who understands their equipment and elevator history.   • Full circle communication, once your call is received it will be dispatched to the correct technician, when that person has completed their task a maintenance superintendent will follow up to ensure the resolution was effective.
  • To ensure the quickest response time all of our technicians are equipped with mobile devices that reference your equipment, any issues, and your equipment history
  • A fully staffed customer service call center so no matter when you call there will be a representative who answers and gets your issue the attention it deserves

24-hr Support Process

  1. Call 413-786-7000 to log a request
  2. Your call details will be filtered to the correct technician to resolve the issue
  3. A technician will confirm receipt of the request through their mobile device
  4. Once the work has been completed the technician will digitally notify the customer through email receipt
  5. Information of the call and it results can be viewed at any time through the customer portal
