At Bay State Elevator our Finance Team is here to assist you.

We can answer all of your questions related to accounts payable and accounts receivable. We can also provide you with any necessary paperwork to ensure your project runs smoothly. We organize and maintain vendor contact information, payment terms and Internal Revenue Service W-9 information digitally so we can send you everything you need quickly and securely.

It is important to us that you have a clear picture of everything that is happening in regards to your project and we make it a point of pride to offer transparency with all transactions.

We also realize many construction projects are time sensitive and that’s why we employee a full-time notary to ensure documents are completed correctly and turned around to you as soon as possible. Having the correct paperwork can dictate the speed of a project and that’s why our Finance Team will be standing by during all phases of your project to provide you with any necessary materials or answer questions as they arise.
