We recently were awarded the elevator maintenance at Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven Connecticut. When we first toured the facility they expressed their unhappiness with their current national provider of elevator maintenance. They felt that their equipment wasn’t receiving the time it needed to be maintained properly and when they had issues the response time was less than satisfactory. We crafted our proposal with an emphasis on preventative elevator maintenance and a focus on transparency. Our sales staff has made it a priority to be in contact with their facilities team about any improvements we feel could help their equipment. With the advancements in software and the addition of cloud computing Bay State Elevator now offers a company portal, which allows our customers the ability to view in real-time the status of their equipment. They can log service requests and check the status of repairs. That award is an excellent example of our capabilities and reflects a local institutions desire for superior elevator maintenance.
